These rooms are Located on the 10th to 12th floor, these rooms have vistas with views across the haram and the city, Rooms measure approximately 22sqm.

With the guests in mind, our accessible rooms are elegantly designed and equipped with the latest in-room facilities including high-speed internet access and satellite TV for specially-abled guests.

The room also features a work desk and refreshment centre as well as tea and coffee-making facilities. The bathroom is equally spacious and luxurious with delightful attention to detail.

Measuring 40sqm, our Deluxe Quad Room is a perfect choice for families. Suitable for up to four people, it features two interconnected rooms with two bathrooms and a rain shower.

Our Junior Suite features a wonderfully gracious and refined king bedroom with full view of the haram and city view, as well as an elegant lounge area to relax and unwind. With the pilgrim in mind, all bathrooms feature a separate shower for efficiency and convenience. Rooms measure approximately 45sqm (484sqft) with a maximum occupancy of three adults.

The Tiara Suite is the only one of its kind in all of Makkah. It offers a wonderful vista overlooking Al Masjid Al Haram. Decorated in ocean-blue silk, parched amber and golden tones, the Tiara Suite exudes grace and refinement. Poised and elegantly serene, it features one master bedroom with a walk-in closet and master bathroom. Attended by a dedicated Morafik, the suite offers one living rooms, Dining area, office space, and kitchenette creating an environment cocooned in style, sophistication and quietude. The Shaza Tiara Suite spans 150sqm (1614sqf) and has a maximum occupancy of two persons.

Shaza Silk enables us to attend expressly to executive guests and their large entourage. With prior arrangement, each Silk guest is privately received at the airport by a dedicated Morafik.
